Returns

Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, perishable goods like ceremonial matcha powder and chocolates cannot be returned if opened. We do not accept returns on discounted items.

Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at support@matchaseekers.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.

Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. Photographic evidence will need to be provided.

Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
 

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, after verifying the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@matchaseekers.com
 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us within the 30-day return period. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs related to the exchange unless the product was defective.
