How to make your perfect Matcha:
Step 1 – Take your matcha bowl (chawan)
Step 2 – Using your bamboo scoop (chashaku) measure out 1-2 scoops of the matcha powder
Step 3 – Sift the matcha powder through the sieve (furu)
Step 4 – Add 60ml – 80m of hot water to the bowl (chawan)
Step 5 – Using the whisk (chasen), mix the powder in a ‘W’ or ‘M’ motion until matcha is fully dissolved and a frothy layer forms
Step 6 – Pour the mixture into your mug (magu) over ice or with your choice of milk for a latte and enjoy!
